Norcal Land is the developer of Cassel Lane and Willowbank subdivisions in Davis, California as well as several other projects. Norcal Land can also provide development services for individuals or companies on a fee basis.

Norcal Land developed the corporate headquarters for DM Information Systems in Davis, CA. Development services included land acquisition, entitlements, financing, and construction management. We are currently looking for new development opportunities or joint ventures with land owners.
